“At Genex Tutor Academy, we respect the autonomy of students, parents, and clients in selecting tutors, teachers, or resources. It’s entirely their decision whom they choose to shortlist for an introductory session/demo. Students/parents/clients can shortlist multiple tutors/teachers/resources for this purpose. We encourage them to conduct the session/demo as per the agreed date and time. In case of emergencies, students/parents/clients should promptly inform us for rescheduling. If rescheduling is required on the same day, notification should be given at least 2-3 hours in advance. However, if a session is canceled or rescheduled more than three times, a fee ranging from PKR 1000 to 5000 may be charged for subsequent sessions, depending on the decision of the tutor/teacher/resource and the company’s authority.”
“At Genex Tutor Academy, tutors, teachers, or resources have the option to decline a tuition or assignment during the two-day introductory session/demo period. If they decide to reject or dismiss an application after this period and are selected by the student/parent/client, they must fulfill the agreed-upon time frame or at least complete the first month. Profiles of all applicant tutors/teachers/resources are shared with students/parents/clients, and once added to the recommendation list, applications cannot be withdrawn unless certain conditions are met. Tutors/teachers/resources may only withdraw their application or reject an assignment if the payout is finalized, if there are changes to the requirements that they cannot accommodate, if they find the teaching atmosphere uncomfortable, or if they encounter rude or inappropriate behavior from the student/parent/client. Decisions must be made promptly and cannot be changed once communicated to the company.”
“At Genex Tutor Academy, we uphold a code of conduct for tutors, teachers, and resources regarding their behavioral approach:

– Discussions should be limited to academic matters, avoiding any irrelevant topics.
– A formal relationship should be maintained with students/parents/clients, prohibiting personal discussions outside academics.

– Communication between tutors/teachers/resources and students/parents/clients, as well as with company representatives, should be respectful and courteous, with no tolerance for rude behavior or the use of foul language.”
